Decriptions
Polymer adhesive film, commonly known as hot melt adhesive film or polymer film. For bonding metal to plastic, metal to metal and metal to other materials. Color is clear or white. It is solid at room temperature, and is an adhesive that fully infiltrates and reacts with the adherend after being heated and melted. With the advancement of technology and the introduction of new materials, it can be used as a substitute for glue in many applications.
AF1070 is used for aluminium corrugated composite panel with high content,80% of adhesive resins,which ensures the corrugated panel bonding well and has excellent peel strength.The aluminium-corrugated panel is not easy to peel off and delaminate after using many years in interior or exterior area.
Application
The polymer adhesive film is used for Aluminium-Corrugated Panel,which can be used for outdoor headers,signboards,and interior and exterior decoration.

Processing Suggestions :
Adhesive Layer Structure: AL+AF1070+aluminium corrugated sheet +AF1070+AL
Bonding Temperature: 150℃-170℃ (Actual Temperature of tie Equipment)
Bonding Press Force: > 7kg/cm2
Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants
QC Standard: IS09001:2015
Packing and Storage:
12 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；
Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
